The Chamber's many activities and programs offer our members the opportunity to meet decision-makers.

Voice Representing Business
The GGCC proudly represents the businesses in our communities by proactively addressing areas of legislation and economic development, and serving as a "Voice for Business" in Gaithersburg, Germantown, county, state, and national members. By communicating its legislative agenda for business to our policymakers, and actively participating in the process, the Chamber effectively promotes a business-friendly environment.

Community Guide and Membership Directory
Members are listed in our annual publication in three ways: categorized business listings, alphabetical listings, and contact representative.  The directory helps find Chamber members who offer specific product and services.  8,000 Directories are published and distributed, not only to the Gaithersburg-Germantown area, but also in relocation packages sent throughout the country.

Quarterly Newsletter
Our membership receives a printed quarterly newsletter, which is also posted on the Chamber's website. It is filled with news about legislative and economic development issues, new members, and upcoming programs and events.

Monthly Networking Events
Bring lots of business cards and meet potential business contacts while enjoying various foods at business networking events and other special events.

The GGCC is a proactive leader in developing and promoting workshops and networking opportunities geared for the ever-increasing concentration of Small Office/ Home Office businesses in our area.

Electricity Purchasing Cooperative
The Cooperative is a value added service that compliments membership in the GGCC. Members participating in the Cooperative may procure energy at a competitive market price.

Mailing Labels
A complete listing of Chamber members is available on laser labels for a nominal fee.  Market your products and services and promote member-to-member business to other Chamber members.

Member Plaque
All members of the GGCC receive a membership plaque to proudly display to show  support for the local business community.

Business Referrals
The Chamber offices receive a large volume of calls daily requesting goods and services — we refer EXCLUSIVELY our Chamber members.

Notary available at Chamber office location
Certificates of Origin processed free of charge for GGCC members, at Chamber office location.
Conference room available for use by Chamber members for up to two hours at no cost and for a nominal fee for seminars or on a routine basis for one half day or full day (approx. 30 people). 
Chamber Staff provides assistance, information, and representation to meet the needs of our member businesses.
